It is so nice to have a photographer for a sister...... although because of it, I didn't take my camera out even one time! I'm now at her mercy and snaggin' her pictures as she has them ready. But they are so beautiful that it is well worth the wait!
Hard to believe two days later it was raining. The water is usually so cold and it really wasn't that bad this time.
Hunk and I took the girls into a "swimsuit store" and let them pick out new swimsuits. They had to come out and get "Daddy approval" before purchase. I couldn't believe how LOW CUT some of the tops were.....For 10 and 11 year old's......maybe not....
It was a wonderful trip. So beautiful and so much fun spending time with family. Until the last day you couldn't beat the weather we were having. Some days I think I wish I didn't live in California and other days I'm grateful that I do. Guess it depends on the day and what is going on........
One thing I am always grateful for are these Rugrats. They were having a blast. My girls and my sweet little nephew. They were enjoying their "cousin time". Unfortunately, they don't get to spend much time together with us being in California and my sister and her family being in Colorado.
I miss them so much!
Just got this pictures from my sister tonight so I wanted to share them with you as soon as I got them! There will be more to come.....
My CRAZY Little Sis took OVER TWO THOUSAND PHOTOS! I'll post more as soon as I get them!
Miss you all!
Ciao Bellas~
Those are great pictures! Looks like such fun family time.
ReplyDeleteYou have a blonde and a brunette like me! Someday I'm going to get brave and post some pictures on my blog!
Thank you O Mom. It was great family time. I had soooooo much fun. One of my favorite trips there. I do have a blonde (two blonde's) and a brunette and a red head.......well a deep strawberry blonde...... We are all over the map. LOL Get brave girlio! ;)
ReplyDeleteThe pictures are beautiful! I love seeing the familiar sights, especially the pier! Brings back memories of my childhood spent at that same beach, running around without a care in the world. What a wonderful vacation and wonderful pictures to match!
ReplyDeleteMama H- How lucky you were to spend your childhood there!! I'll have some more photos up soon (via my little sis) to take you back down memory lane. It was such a wonderful vacation and much needed.
ReplyDeleteI'm determined to have a beach house/hut - something someday. There is just something about the ocean that makes everything OK! We try to go to Port Aransas Texas coastline every year for a time of recouping, relaxing and just sitting on the balcony staring - sunrise, sunset, makes no diff! Thanks for sharing 'cause we hadn't been in the past couple of years so it was a great refreshing!
ReplyDelete♥ Cute pictures!!!
